Tenuta Ziliotto is a family-run winery, born over twenty years ago, when a first row was planted along the Lemene River, turning a passion for viticulture into daily care for every cluster.
We chose to cultivate 15 hectares of vineyard with one clear goal: to create wines that tell our land with honesty and balance.
Our work is made of simple gestures, attention to detail, and deep respect for the nature around us. The Lemene river shapes the microclimate and gives our wines a distinctive freshness and delicacy.
Every harvest is a moment of sharing and care
Today we produce about 15,000 bottles a year, divided between native grape varieties, such as Tai DOC Venezia, Carménère DOC Venezia, Prosecco DOC, and international varieties, such as Chardonnay DOC Venezia and Merlot DOC Venezia. We don’t aim for quantity, but to make our production distinctive with wines that preserve the authentic taste of the grapes and the aromas of the land.
